Return Policy & Refund


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


Return Policy(if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us first if you receive the defective item, or if you want to return the item with your order number.


Refund(if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds(if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@g4free.com


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@g4free.com



1.Products with quality-related issues .

G4Free will be responsible for shipping fees (within 12USD),and get RMA APPLICATION FORM from our Service Staff when you want to return the products of your order. Then fill the form and print it.

2.Products with no quality-related issues.

We only need to charge you once for shipping costs(including returns);

*For free shipping orders, you need to provide the shipping cost yourself (the shipping fee is not refunded) to send the products to our warehouse.
*For orders that have paid for shipping, please prepaid the delivery fee of the package. You can attach the post receipt and the shipping label with a tracking number to the email, after we review it, we will return the shipping fee firstly.

Please note that our warehouse doesn't support cash on delivery.

No-restocking to be charged to you for the return of the product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please offer us the tracking number of the returned item after you have returned the item.
